Commissions are for Personal Use only unless a commercial license is purchased. Merchandise licenses and use are not available.

My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on socials (with credit to my most relevant social account), or printing for yourself, but you can not use it for profit.

AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My artwork may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.

I reserve the right to decline commissions outside of my availability, ability or for subjects I will not draw without providing reasoning.

I may alter the prices of my artwork/designs and create or withhold certain commission types.

You must provide clear and complete requirements and expectations upfront, including: reference materials or assets.

You can create, commission, or receive art of the character I have designed.

You can alter or redesign the character as long as I am still credited for the original design.

You can sell/gift/trade the designed character as long as it is not sold for more than you bought it for (unless sold for the value of additional commissioned artwork of the character)

You grant me the non-exclusive right to observe and replicate your own character design and reference material for the use of the commission.

You warrant that the character design and reference material provided are legally obtained and authorised for use.

All payments are upfront in full through the agreed platform, unless a separate arrangement is agreed upon.

An NDA may be provided upon request at a +$100 fee.

Commissions I deem as complex may be subject to a $10+ fee at the artist's discretion. Complicated patterns, urban landscapes, detailed props and additional limbs are subject to the complexity fee.

Payment is taken in USD through PayPal or VGen. I will dm you my PayPal details for you to send funds. All prices are listed in USD.

Up to 2 revisions are allowed during the sketch and colour phase each. Once approved, no further changes will be made unless it is due to an error on my part. Mistakes I make will be corrected at no cost.

SKEB is a surprise style commission. All commissions marked "SKEB" will not receive a sketch or any other work in progress updates. Mistakes I make will be corrected at no cost.

Additional revisions and alterations can be made at an additional cost, see the additional alterations fee table below.

Commissions may take up to 1-2 months depending on complexity, que, and other personal commitments.

I will always update you if delays occur.

Final files will be sent to you through your preferred platform, you may request a direct link to a google drive folder to avoid file crunching.

I may cancel and refund a commission at any time.

You may cancel a commission before payment is made.

Refunds are not available once work has begun.

I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.

I may use the artwork to promote myself and my services, post on social media and in my portfolio unless an NDA has been purchased.

You may use the artwork for personal purposes only.

You may NOT use the artwork to create merch. You may only use the artwork for streaming or commercial projects if you have purchased a commercial license.

You may NOT claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me.

You may NOT remove my signatures or watermarks, or modify the artwork without my consent.

Breaking these rules may result in a permanent public blacklist (with evidence) which may be shared with other artists.

By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms of service.
